At Ventolini’s Beverage Plant, extraction, formulation, and bottling processes are developed under rigorous food safety standards. The system allows fast and simple cooking, without long preparation times. The product is frozen, then defrosted at the point of consumption, achieving a complete, balanced meal adapted to new consumption dynamics, offering practical and reliable solutions.

Ready-to-Eat Meals

The Ready-to-Eat Meals Plant works with 100% natural ingredients that are cooked, portioned, and carefully packaged. Each meal is vacuum-sealed and processed with HPP, then stored under refrigeration, preserving nutritional and sensory properties.
This process, together with permanent support from quality, logistics, and transportation teams, guarantees food safety, consistency, and compliance with the highest standards.

ICE CREAM

At the Ice Cream Plant, product development is comprehensive—from récipe creation, pasteurization, and mixture maturation to automated filling and freezing processes. We produce a wide range of ice creams, including bars, liters, cones, and sandwiches, among others.
